The department ensures the effectiveness, reliability and stability of the ICT systems and stimulates the process of continuous improvement of the organization.
Function
Perform functional application management of the SMT organization's ERP system. This includes an emphasis on continuity, proactive monitoring of ERP and CRM systems and troubleshooting. As part of this, he/she is responsible for planning, executing and following up maintenance of the systems and answering and resolving ICT users regarding ERP, CRM and other application-related questions.
- Planning and preparing tests.
- Planning and executing maintenance ERP, CRM and other applications.Activity planning regarding migrations and new releases.
- Drawing up test plans, migration plans.
- Making modified or new functionalities available to users.
- Analyzing and interpreting questions/problems from customers (internal).
- Analysis of problems for possible escalation to Manager ICT and/or third parties.
- Together with Application Administration Manager, advising the board of directors, management and/or superior about the optimal use of the various application systems.
- Maintaining control over the registration process and maintaining regular contact about this with the customer and any third parties called in.Identifying errors/possible improvements in the process and coordinating with superior, system owner.
- Translating functional specifications into configuration specifications.
Profile
- Bachelor Working and thinking level,
- Good knowledge of or certified on recent Microsoft technologies.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and/or D365F&O, D365CE *CRM)).
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- A flexible, eager to learn and goal-oriented attitude;
- Able to work independently, supervising and in a team environment;
- Excellent expression skills of the Dutch, French and English languages;
- In possession of driving license B/E.
